Does anyone know how to fix the volume when using music in a video ?

I mad a try but the volume of the music covers the volume of the text that is said on the video…and thus covering the entire message.

I am sure it is very easy to fix, but I didn't find the way to fix it.

Or is there any tutorial about that problem ?
