I have created some videos in the Video Agent. I cannot figure out:

 How to turn off the on-screen closed captions on the video before downloading the video. They are still showing on the downloaded video itself no matter what I do. I tried going into the “Edit in AI Studio” and I can change the caption colors etc. but it does not save my changes. I do not see a way to turn it off captions? 

Also, I cannot seem to save any edits whatsoever I make in the AI Studio from a video made with the Video Agent. After I make changes in the AI Studio, and click generate it takes me back to the Video Agent screen and says “video submitted” at the top of the screen… but no where are my changes saved, or another video generated and saved in my projects. What am I missing? Are these glitches?

I already downloaded the SRT file for the captions themselves, that I could upload to YouTube. But I was trying to turn off the captions showing on the video screen from within HeyGen… as many other platforms generate the captions and show them on the video screen as well, such as Facebook and YouTube. Surely there is a way to do this. 

Also, I cannot save what colors/format of the text of the captions either on Video Agent videos to make them more legible if I do end up having to use them.

Any help or suggestions is greatly appreciated!
