I recently upgraded to the Creator plan based on the advertised feature of being able to generate videos up to 30 minutes in length. However, after completing my purchase, I'm still seeing a 3-minute limit when using the Video Agent.

Is there a setting I need to adjust to unlock the full 30-minute capability?

Does the 30-minute limit apply to specific features but not the Video Agent?

If this is a technical issue, is there a timeline for when it might be resolved?

I'm excited to use the platform for long form content, which was the main reason I upgraded. Any clarification or help resolving this would be greatly appreciated.
