I’ve tried countless times to use the Video Dubbing function, but the output always ends up blurry and low quality. My input videos are in 2K and 4K, in various aspect ratios (16:9, 9:16, and 1:1). I’ve made sure to select 

both with and without proofreading enabled

. However, proofreading is essential for my work, as the system doesn’t translate everything correctly without it.

I’ve been in contact with chat support many times, but I keep getting the same suggestions. I explain that I’ve already tried everything they mention, and then I’m told the case will be escalated to Advanced Support. However, the process just starts over with the same questions, and nothing gets resolved.

Yesterday, I spent an entire day trying to translate a single video using different methods and ended up generating over 50 versions. Every single one had the download locked to 

. What’s even more confusing is that when I preview the translated video in the browser and switch the language back to the original, it sometimes switches back to 4K. As soon as it switches to the translated language again, it drops back to 720p and becomes blurry.

Has anyone else experienced this or found a solution?
