Hi, I’m experiencing an issue when generating videos on HeyGen.

The last 4 videos I created all show an “error” banner after processing is complete. I’m unable to preview or download any of them. The generation seems to finish, but the final output is not accessible.

I’ve tried multiple attempts and the issue persists across different projects.

Could you please help identify what might be causing this?
