Is anyone else experiencing a HeyGen platform defect where, in AI Studio, and perhaps in other apps as well,  the default voice assigned to a given project cannot be changed/edited/replaced with another voice selection?

To be clear, I am able to navigate to the ‘Choose Voice’ page, but no matter if I select:

the selected voice does not replace the voice assigned by HeyGen to my project.

I've tested this across 4 different browsers: Edge, Chrome, Firefox and Brave (same experience) and in both normal and incognito or private browsing.  

I've provided HeyGen support with 2 screen recordings across a period of 3 days and still the issue persists. Note the multiple images and screen recording posted with this support post.

As a subset of this reported platform defect is the related defect where I'm also unable to “add a voice” to my Avatar, Alex, voices. Similar end user experience as reported above, 

Secondly, has anyone noticed a marked decrease in the quality of HeyGen Support?

It's routine now for questions I pose to go unanswered, even when  I refer back to HeyGen's intentional or unintentional (it feels intentional) choice to ignore my support questions.

Or, days later when someone from HeyGen does deign to reply, advice is provided that clearly shows (in the best case scenario) that they've not bothered to read the reported end user experience. If they had they would know that particular end user test had been completed — and reported on.

At this point the HeyGen Platform is actively unusable. If an end user cannot make a simple voice selection change for the simplest of marketing videos, the product is dead, and of no value.
