I have used HeyGen's SDK to create interactive avatar embed into my site. It works perfectly on desktop with subtitles. But viewing the same on mobile doesn't load the avatar at all.

The subtitles keep coming and my voice is also accounted for, but just no avatar or voiced response.

I found on other posts saying it is well supported on desktop and chrome browsers only:

Dear Developper, I have been trying to embed on my website a custom interactive avatar but when I try to use it via another device (iphone) or through some Webbrowser I get an error message.   The error shown is: "Failed to start session: AudioContext.createMediaStreamSource: Connecting AudioNodes from AudioContexts with different sample-rate is currently not supported". This only happens when I try to use the embedded custom interactive avatar  for example with Firefox. Or when I use it via my mobile phone. When I use the avatar with safari or google chrome, everything seems to work but only when I use a desktop device.  Could you help me to better understand the issue? How can I avoid to have this strong dependency on the webbrowser and/or device?

Its been some time now, is there any further updates on this? 

Also there is some post regarding changing the video encoding could help, but with SDK, I don't see any place to change this setting. Link:

Most of the users on my client's site visit from mobile phone, and none of them can see the avatar, making no sense to use the interactive avatar at all.
