I recently posted most of this as a comment on another post but thought I'd create a post here so others could chime in.

I'm fine with my current plan other than I cannot create an avatar with background removal enabled, so I am stuck with using HeyGen's very limited selection for the URL to Video feature, which I find invaluable but not particularly worth upgrading my entire plan as I don't need the additional monthly cost or features that come with the team plan. 

I suggest creating the ability to purchase from a "special feature set" for an avatar of my creation that would allow this capability with a one time price that's affordable.  Like a list of add-ons instead of an entire subscription upgrade.

I think that would afford people more flexibility on obtaining the features they'll actually use. (i.e. multiple avatars in one scene, avatar background removal, additional avatars, additional motion looks, etc.) Perhaps making the selection operational for only one chosen self-created avatar with a limit of 10 looks would help with storage and processing on your end. I've already seen that people are already offering their second seats in the team plan for lease on Reddit which personally could end up getting out of hand.
