I've noticed that there have been some updates to the photo avatars when adding motion like the pre-made prompts which make adding motion so much easier and faster. 

I have this particular photo avatar that I use that I generated months ago. Now when I add motion to it, the person's face changes and looks like a different person. Or it stays somewhat the same but the quality of the photo avatar goes from high to low. So I can't even put these avatars together in a video because it would be inconsistent looks.
