Overall I've been mostly satisfied with HeyGen. That being said, I think the company web site could stand to have a thoroughly detailed FAQ section that explains everything in great detail. 

Personally my thoughts are that the company, being fairly new and primarily focused on innovation has inadvertently allowed the customer service side of things to deteriorate unwittingly.  Personally have found it difficult to find specific information on several topics like pricing, subscriptions and technical issues. Sometimes I attribute it to my own thought process, (which tends to multi-task on multiple creative processes simultaneously thereby overlooking the details) an inefficient user interface, and sometimes information is just practically impossible to find without assistance from the forum. (again, inefficient user interface)

Tech Support, while being somewhat available and existentially polite, has, in my experience been slow to respond either directly or publicly with accurate feedback on issues progress, UI or pricing. Sometimes stuff just gets fixed and it's up to me to discover that it has.

I don't like to complain, so often I do not voice the issues I encounter. Up to now I've just assumed that things will get worked out (many have) without my interaction with staff, the forum or tech support. But overall, I don't want apologies or assurances it will be sent to the tech team. I want clarity and transparency. 

I think Heygen's trust factor is beginning to suffer amongst many users who have used the platform for awhile and though there will always be naysayers and those quick to offense, I see a growing trend both here on the forum and in Reddit groups and other discussion platforms of customers that feel they're not getting what they signed up for and/or features are being degraded in the name of fair use practices and resource conservation. 

Why this is happening leaves the door open for speculation, which is often negative. And truth be told I've submitted a few negative intoned posts myself, mostly based upon a lack of clarity or inability to easily find relevent information. In summary I think Heygen should detail what they offer, how much of it at what price and an easily navigated format for people to find that information themselves. 

Personally I am mostly satisfied with the service or I would have closed my account by now. However, many other AI platforms are quickly reaching the same quality and expertise at more price competitive levels.
