We primarily use interactive avatars in our projects, and the feedback from our customers has been very positive overall. Currently, we are working with an interactive avatar that was created 9 months ago and later customized by Heygen. It looks quite good and serves its purpose well. However, we’ve noticed that the newer interactive avatars aren’t performing as well visually or functionally.

Unfortunately, we lack sufficient customization options for the newer avatars. We strictly adhere to the 15 seconds "listening," 90 seconds "speaking," and 15 seconds "idle" rule. Despite this, the avatars often exhibit odd movements or remain completely static, which can disrupt the user experience.

It would be fantastic if the new AI-generated photo avatars could also be made compatible for use as interactive avatars.

Regarding photo avatars, we also have a request: it would be great to include artificial characters, such as a talking fox. Currently, all such characters are rejected. Allowing these would open up new creative possibilities and applications.

We would love to see more flexibility and improvements in these areas. Looking forward to hearing from others and seeing if these issues resonate with your experiences!
