I’ve encountered an issue in HeyGen when trying to add motion to a photo avatar. Every time I attempt to do so, I get the following error:


"Failed to add motion, error: You have exceeded your limit of 3 photo avatar add motions. Please upgrade for more."

I’m using the annual Creator plan, which allows up to 10 motions per day. However, I haven’t added any motions today, and I’ve even removed all motions from all avatars. Despite this, the error persists, and I’m unable to add motion to any avatars.

The support team is investigating the issue, but I was wondering if anyone here has experienced a similar problem? How did you resolve it? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

 I’ve double-checked the limits for my plan, and I’m definitely within them. This seems to be a technical issue, but I haven’t received a clear solution from support yet.
