Appreciate all the work going into HeyGen – feedback loops are vital for any growing platform. I wanted to share a concern that’s been a bit frustrating. After taking a two-month break to allow time for some issues I raised in January to be addressed (in particular, the accent consistently switching to North American), I’ve returned to find the same issue still present.

Would it be possible for the team to more visibly acknowledge feedback submitted via the in-app button or the post-video prompt? For example, a follow-up email confirming receipt – and ideally indicating whether the issue is known, under review, or if any workarounds are available – would really help. Even a brief note would go a long way in keeping users informed and engaged, and close that loop.

Also, could you clarify what the current status is regarding the accent-switching issue? I’m concerned this might also affect translations into other languages, and I wouldn’t always catch the change if it happens outside of English.
