I must say, I am very disappointed in how the editor functions.  I spend way too much time waiting for the scenes to catch up to edits.  Inserted elements are resized when generated.  I have to generate the video to see if my attempt to correct that issue worked or not.  That in itself is a huge waste of time and probably a waste of HeyGen server processing.  

I was attempting to edit a new version of a video that was generated.  I've been working in it for a couple of hours this morning.  Now, I cannot access the video even though it is shown in my projects.  I attempt to edit the video but the website struggles to load the editor.  After it fails, it creates a new draft that is basically blank video, an untitled video or of a different video in my projects.  I attempt to open a different video in my projects and the editor has spinning circles and goes nowhere.  Example:  I attempt to get back into the editor for 102: Contact v4.8.2.  Here is a view of the Projects folder after failure to get back in:

You'll notice the number of versions of the same video.  That is because I've attempted to correct issues that show up 

 the video has been generated.  The 12:10 PM and 12:12 PM items where the results of the failures.  I did not create those, the website did.  That avatar from the 12:10 video isn't even the same avatar.

I have noticed that when I am editing, the cloud icon at the top left will randomly change to offline.  Both of my computes are online at the time that this occurs.  I do not know if this affects the issues noted above but there is no option to correct being “offline” in the editor.

Also, when attempting to find elements of media to add to videos, there isn't a history for the search fields.  I have to type the phrase in over and over.  Also, there isn't a filter option for the media.  I have to retype the phrase and then re-scroll through all of the media that I just scrolled through while searching.  Big time waster.

I tested similar services before committing to a paid subscription.  I chose to use HeyGen because it had the best avatars and voice options.  However, as I get further into using the service, I'm finding that I'm spending less time creating videos and more time correcting issues generated by the editor or searching for a work around.  I'm not venting or attempting to throw shade at HeyGen.  I'm trying to relate the customer experience and so far my experience has been frustrating.
