Hi everyone! For some time, I’ve been “playing around” with HeyGen, exploring the technology and the opportunities it offers. But now that it's time for a real task, the service doesn’t allow for proper video generation.

If the video is longer than 2 minutes, everything starts off fine, but then something happens to the avatar’s facial expressions – they become distorted. It feels like the movements are being played in reverse, which looks creepy and unnatural.

In any project where I insert a 0.5-second pause, the avatar makes strange sounds like “EEE” and other noises that aren’t in the script.

We have a team account with two users, but only one of them can use the old version of the editor, while the other cannot. And in fact, the results in the old version often look better.

How is it even possible to implement any project with this setup? Is it worth paying for this kind of beta test?
