, a church organization committed to serving our diverse community. We are currently using HeyGen’s Team Plan to translate our teachings into Spanish for our Spanish-speaking members. First and foremost, we want to express our appreciation — we absolutely love the platform and the value it brings to our mission.

At the moment, we’re working on a teaching series where each lesson runs approximately 1.5 hours. However, due to the current 30-minute cap on video duration, we have to split our content into multiple segments, process them individually through HeyGen, and then reassemble the final product using a third-party editor (Premiere Pro). This process is both time-consuming and technically demanding.

We’re wondering if it might be possible to extend the video duration limit for our account — either by customizing our current Team Plan or through a special package — so that we can process hour-long videos directly through HeyGen. This enhancement would greatly streamline our workflow and make a meaningful difference in our ability to reach and serve our community effectively.
