I’m writing to appeal a recent rejection of video content generated using a custom avatar model trained 

entirely on images previously approved by your own system

I uploaded ~30 images for model training. 

The resulting 31-second video (created with low-movement mode enabled) was rejected. 

Reason? Apparently the output “violated guidelines” by... looking like the inputs. 

Your system rejected the output for resembling the data 

If Heygen’s training engine can't trust Heygen’s moderation engine, who exactly is steering the ship? 

If moderation doesn’t retain context from image-to-model-to-output, what’s the point of approving anything? 

And if every realistic anime-style character risks being flagged for “youthful appearance” regardless of age cues, then is stylised content even supported here? 

I get it—safety’s important. But reflexive, contextless censorship isn’t safety.
 It’s a 

You folks have a powerful product. I want to use it.
 But if the platform keeps 

, then I’ll simply take my creativity, wallet, and audience elsewhere.

Please review the rejection and reconsider, preferably with a human eye and a sense of logic.

Looking forward to a response that doesn’t loop back on itself.
