How to make the most of your HeyGen forum experience

Is it possible to create avatar videos using video clips generated on other sources? For instance, in addition to HeyGen, I also pay for services from different AI image generation services, including Freepik and OpenArt, not to mention OpenAI, Gemini (you get the idea). 

What I'm wondering about is, when I generate a video clip there, can I use that video clip as the base to create a video in HeyGen? In other words, add it to my list of photo avatars, or do I need to generate them in HeyGen? Sometimes I'm rather fond of the images that I generate elsewhere and would love to be able to use them here as well.
