How to make the most of your HeyGen forum experience

Hi I was wondering if anyone else is having the same issue as me and if you have been able to resolve it?

I'm using and Eleven Labs voice for my avatar, it's integrated using an API key. The voice varies  in volume significantly from script to script within the same video. I have removed the API Key and set -up another, checked all the audio settings are the same through out the video and they are, made sure there is not too much text in each script as advised by HeyGen customer services. I tried to create a clone of the voice but HeyGen removes the regional accent I require. 😭  This has been on going for a couple of months now, HeyGen say it was a known issue with ElevenLabs but it should be resolved now,  it doesn't appear to be for me….anyone else?
