How to make the most of your HeyGen forum experience

I am sure those of you who use HeyGen primarily for video translations have encountered the 2 hour monthly limit. A company cannot promise one thing and change on their customers as this is false advertising and can become a legal case involving laws and market regulations. We are simply here to speak out so that others know that you are not alone in this matter. We have been communicating with support@heygen.com to simply receive no honor as customers to at least finish out the time period regarding the package we originally paid for. 

This is very important to us because our ministry has been depending on the service for our international affiliates providing them content, and now our workflow has been severely delayed due to this. We sincerely hope that HeyGen will honor its original agreement with paying customers and restore the promised service. At the very least, we request that the features included at the time of purchase remain available until the end of the billing cycle. Anything less would be a breach of trust and contract. We are raising our voice not just for ourselves but for all customers who trusted HeyGen’s commitments. We urge the company to act with integrity, honor existing agreements, and rebuild trust with its community.
