How to make the most of your HeyGen forum experience

I can’t edit videos on the application and I don’t know why. When I create a new video and add my paragraph, the video plays great until the video randomly cuts to the background color. I lose everything but the audio and it continues to play. I've tried everything I could think of to fix this issue but it still persists. I've used different AI, created the video a different way, added and taken off captions, changed the background color, and tried exporting the video, but nothing has worked.  Yesterday, every video I tried to create cut out at 5 seconds. But today it's different. Today, one video cut out at 22 seconds and another at 41 seconds. There are so many bugs in this application! The text box is messed up, too. For some reason, when I'm typing in the text box and need to type or delete, sometimes it does nothing. Or the cursor randomly moves to a different spot and it deletes or adds things that weren’t supposed to be there. I'm not sure what’s going on. Is there something I am missing?
