How to make the most of your HeyGen forum experience

 but I couldn’t find her in the "Pick an Avatar" section when creating a new video. 

I’d love to hear any tips for efficiently searching and discovering avatars—scrolling endlessly and trial-and-error isn’t the most productive. Maybe there’s a better way?

Also, has anyone had success with submitted feedback on avatar discoverability? I’ve shared some thoughts but would love to know if others have noticed similar issues or found workarounds.
