How to make the most of your HeyGen forum experience

We have a small variety of interactive avatars that we're using in production for our healthcare concierge business. 

Since roughly Thursday/Friday of last week, our avatars stopped reading the introduction text.  

The introductions work on the HeyGen site when we pick an avatar and pair it with a knowledge base. 

The introductions DO NOT work when we use the generated embed code and place the avatar on our website (gobond.ai).  

When we hit our website, click on “CHAT”, choose English (we've tried other languages - makes no difference), the avatar opens dialogue, however they don't do introductory text - the avatar is just sitting there staring at the user.   

This is an issue on our production (revenue impact) website.  We are an enterprise license user.  Please let us know how to remedy this ASAP.
