What the 1,000 minutes of avatar streaming correspond to? Let's say the avatar is on the screen but doesn't get any interaction, does it count in the 1000 minutes? Or the 1000 minutes correspond to the time the avatar is talking? For exemple in a train station an avatar could be most of the day without interaction if nobody ask for ticket, this state would be charged equally to the time avatar is treating demands?
