How to make the most of your HeyGen forum experience

I'm on the creator plan which allots 400 looks per month. I want to ask why are generated "looks" that cannot be used or that are not desired counted towards my monthly allotment?  My current plan allows 400 but I don't have that many that I have kept. I don't think I'll use that many in the future as a lot of this has been exploration, but currently I'm having to wait another 9 days before I can generate anymore without upgrading my account. 

I've had some “looks” generated that have had two avatars, extra fingers, strange positioning of appendages, etc.
