How to make the most of your HeyGen forum experience

Hi, I'm experiencing bugs with certain voices (especially when using accents). 

Suddenly the voice I chose for my project struggles with pronouncing “r" sounds and lisps frequently. The voice did not have that in the previous project I used it for last month. It's strange since the pronunciation is still correct when using the “original accent", but it bugs when switching to a dialect. Same problem occurs when I use my own voice, it works perfectly in the original accent of a certain language but not when selecting dialects. 

To top it all however, the voices sound completely fine in the library previews (even in the different dialects)

Why could I be experiencing this? Is this a bug related to updates or sth else?
