How to make the most of your HeyGen forum experience

Hi! I translated some videos with the free version before, I have to say the translated audio (Aussie English to US English, Mandarin, and German) is very natural and the lip-sync is also pretty good. Therefore, I subscribed the creator version then. However, when I translate video again, its audio quality is not that good compare to what I have done with the free version, i.e., the translated audio is so unnatural, and some are either too slow or too fast. Even if I use the same video, the free version is better than the creator version. Does anyone know why it is the case? Is there any settings different in the free version and the creator version? Thanks a lot!
