How to make the most of your HeyGen forum experience

I subscribed to the HeyGen API plan ($100 / month) intending to use it for just one month. The service auto-renewed today (July 1) before I could cancel, and I’ve learned that automatic renewal is the default setting.

Since my account is API-only, I don’t have access to live chat support. Could you please let me know if I’m eligible for a refund for this unintended renewal?
