How to make the most of your HeyGen forum experience

I thought it was a no brainer that I could create an avatar, get the interface perfected on my PC, and with the correct aspect ratio would work on my iPhone or tablet. It does not. Does anyone have experience making HeyGen Avatars work on iOS, Android and associated tablets. My potential customers are unlikely to get out of bed and sit in front of a PC or have a laptop available. Is there a straightforward way to do this without being an XCode developer or similar for other platforms?
