How to make the most of your HeyGen forum experience

I have opted for the new Studio version and set it as the default. Unfortunately, I am unable to revert to the previous version. When I contacted customer service, I was informed that I need to use a special link to access the old version.

I regret that there is no option available to switch back, as the results from the new version are not as good as the previous one. Even when using the same avatar and voice, the new version sounds robotic and unnatural.

I would appreciate it if the necessary adjustments and modifications could be made. Thank you.
