How to make the most of your HeyGen forum experience

every video created in HeyGen now has to be reviewed and approved by moderation

 before it can be downloaded or published. After generating a video, the following message appears:

"Appeal under process
 Moderation is reviewing your appeal and can take up to 1 business day for a decision. Please refer to our moderation policy for more info."

 Previously, we could download or share a video immediately after creation — now we have to wait 

I can understand this kind of review if a video is published 

 on HeyGen’s platform.
 However, in my case (and I’m sure for many other users as well), 

the videos are only uploaded to my own channels

Why was this manual review process introduced?

 system, at least for verified users or for videos not shared publicly via HeyGen? 

What’s the real reason behind this change?

 What benefit does it bring, other than slowing down production? 

It’s already frustrating to wait when I’ve hit my daily or monthly video limit — now I also have to wait for moderation approval before using my own content.

Honestly, I’m starting to question whether 

 for efficient and professional video creation. I really hope this process will be improved soon, or at least clearly explained.
