Hi HeyGen, saw you latest webinar demo — cool service you offer and I'd like to try it but before I do… please clarify what you can and cannot do with my avatar or image if I submit a video of myself to the platform. Reading your Terms, can you use my image without any control by me? I see:

you grant us a license to access, use, host, cache, store, reproduce, transmit, display, publish, distribute, and modify Your Content to operate, improve, promote and provide the Services and to develop new services and products, including to train or otherwise improve or modify our artificial intelligence and machine learning models. You agree that these rights and licenses are royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable, worldwide and irrevocable. This Section shall survive termination of these Terms.”
