I greatly appreciate that HeyGen wants to ensure their software is used for good and not evil. 

I have some feedback and suggestions about improving the process.

If I have a video that is flagged due to certain words and then approved: 

Don't flag the exact same video in a different language. Create a way for these videos NOT to be flagged.

If I make a small change that involves content that is not flagged (e.g., adding the word “the” to a sentence) and need to regenerate the video, don't flag the video again - please! 

Figure out a way to “certify” a user so their videos are not flagged. My company is reputable and regularly creates content around sensitive subjects (e.g., workplace/sexual harassment). Having videos flagged every time I make them can really slow down my project - especially if I'm working over the weekend. 

I use ElevenLabs to create the voices for my HeyGen avatars, because they are more robust. 

It's only once I upload the MP3s to HeyGen that they are flagged. This is a bit frustrating.
