I’d like to report a serious limitation regarding subtitles in HeyGen. Right now, there is 

no option to change the size or position of the subtitles

, and this is causing major issues in our projects.

In many cases, the default position of the subtitles 

overlaps with important on-screen text or visual elements

 in the video. Since we can’t move or resize the captions, this results in a 

. It makes the video hard to follow, and in some cases, the original content is partially or completely blocked by the subtitles.

This is not just a cosmetic issue — it 

directly affects the usability and quality of the final product

: So we can place them where they don’t interfere with our content.

: So we can adjust the font size to match the video style and layout.

These two features are standard in most video editing platforms, and they are 

 for anyone working with subtitles in professional content.

Please consider adding subtitle size and position controls as soon as possible. This would make a huge difference in the quality and flexibility of your platform.
