In this one I am using HeyGen in a slightly unique way; Basically, I am needing to animate existing AI generated 

 for lip sync for audio I already had generated elswhere.

I tried using Runway ML's “Act One” for this, where you upload your video, and also another video of an “acting face” to drive it, but there are two problems

It doesn't seem to like my face… maybe it's my beard, but it seems I get 5% out of the lip movements I do on the final character

Trying to “act while you manually lip sync your face to prerecorded audio” is HARD

So I had a brilliant idea; HeyGen avatars make very clear lip sync movement, so I fed my audio to HeyGen, took the HeyGen generated face and used it to drive the Act-One feature… and it works great! HeyGen's facial animation is so clear and superior, I got amazing results!!

So with a few exceptions, where I actually use my own face, for specific expressions, all the facial movement is actually HeyGen-“generated”, even though the pixels you are looking at, are from Act-One.
