This video features a digital avatar portraying a patient who explains their health issue. Following the patient’s explanation, a real doctor demonstrates how to issue a medical certificate based on the avatar patient’s condition. This approach allows students to practice diagnostic and decision-making skills in a realistic yet controlled environment. This video lesson was created using Hey Gen by my team, which works in the multimedia hub at Afya Educacional. Afya is a medical education and digital health solutions brand. It is the largest private medical higher education institution in Brazil.
