This is the link of me creating my AI avatar as a test. Looking for any feedback or any tips inorder to improve the look. 

Also I am very Italian so I noticed that my Avatar moves too much the hands when it speaks and it doesn't really fit the conversation at times.(probably me moving too much my hands when creating the video avatar :) )  I was thinking if there is any way to control the gesture and still make it look natural the same way it does now.
