Help everyone make their best videos with HeyGen

I'm sure most of you already do this, but in case you are struggling, I made the tutorial video below a while back that might be useful.

We've created hundreds now.  So also have a few key tips to make them work:

Use ChatGPT to create a prompt so it is more detailed.

Use a standard outfit for the avatar (like a blue polo shirt) so whatever it comes up with you can use the best matches.

Run multiple versions. Looking at camera, side view, close up etc. and because you use the same prompt for location and clothes you should get a number of similar looking avatars.

Holding something helps (like a clipboard)

Then because I use the same clothes and description, to stop the avatar just repeating motion I cut from one scene to another within 10 seconds. Or cut to B-roll.

I use about 2 in 20 that I generate. The rest don’t work.

Out of that 20…… 2 will be close enough to each other you can cut from one to the other and the motion doesn't look too strange.
