AI pronunciation can sometimes miss the mark when it comes to pronouncing certain words — especially brand names or product names.

HeyGen pronunciation correction tool allows users to spell the word phonetically in English in order to fix the translation.

In either the AI Studio (Avatar Video) or Proofread (Video Translation), you can double click a word in a script to highlight it which pulls up “pronunciation." Clicking into this box allows the user to spell the word phonetically and preview the audio pronunciation before confirming the pronunciation fix. (Image attached)
