I’m part of a company looking to use HeyGen to create content for our social media platforms. However, we have a unique requirement:


We don’t want to associate a specific face with our brand yet. Instead, we want a 


We have a custom mask design (created externally) and would like to use this in HeyGen to generate a usable avatar.


Since the avatar will be masked, there’s no need for lip-syncing. We only need natural 

 to make the content engaging and dynamic.

Is it possible to create an avatar in HeyGen that features our custom mask design?

 created externally into HeyGen for use in our content?

If custom avatar import is supported, what are the 

 (e.g., file format, rigging, animation compatibility)?

We want to proceed with creating the masked avatar as soon as possible, so any guidance on how to best achieve this with HeyGen would be greatly appreciated!
