Troubleshooting

Can someone please help me.  Ive been locked out of my account.  I contacted support yesterday and gave them a bunch of information.  They said they were transfering my ticket to another team.  I havent heard anything from this team.  I contacted the original person and asked if they could contact this team for an ETA.  They asled me for more info and said they would transfer my issue to anther team.  I thought that was done yesterday.  Now I cant get help from anyone.  Ive been with Heygen for less than a month and have 2 open tickets one of wich I cant get into my account.  

I just realized that the tech support is a bot.  Can I please have a human contact me
