Troubleshooting

I prefer to create a video based on PPT for testing. Unfortunately, I have  the chinese character as garbled characters after uploaded a PPT in simlified chinese.

You can reproduce the issue following the instructions:

2 click PPT/PDF to video as entry item on the right operation board

3 Click ‘Upload a PPT/PDF’ on the left area

4 upload a PPT file in simplified chinese ,and wait for the operation is over

5 review the PPT content on the right  in the operation area. The View is the same as the screen shot below.

I guess it may be not supported in chinese language in PPT or need some encoding supported in PPT.
