Troubleshooting

After creating my video, I click “Submit” and the video appears to be working….but then I receive an Error on the thumbnail.  If you hover over “Error” is says:

Failed to download from https://resource.heygencdn.com/audio/49d4c61c487d4ae6b2b9b37df3db7d9f/transcode.mp3: Failed to download from https://resource.heygencdn.com/audio/49d4c61c487d4ae6b2b9b37df3db7d9f/transcode.mp3 

I have tried to Edit as New several times, but no improvement.

Error on thumbnail; can't download video.
