Troubleshooting

It is not allowed me to use file extension name so I have to name it "S

 Subtitles file". I hope Heygen will accept this name.

When I translate my video from Croatian to some other language, I have problem with 

 file is viewed in text format, we see that the lines of the subtitles are repeated ten or more times. Of course, when we transfer such an 

 file to an SRT file, this error is even more noticeable. Everything was fine until June 15th. At first there was problem with download of 

 file, but that had benn resolved. Problem with repeated lines in 

 or SRT file still exist. Does anyone have such a problem?

I have no such a problem before June 15. I tried to get answer through Heygen chat form. But haven't got it yet. It is not a problem in the procedure of creation captions. It is some engine problem that create such demaged file. Until June 15, I created about 400 video translations and have no such problem with 

SubStation Alpha Subtitles file or SRT or caption file problem!!!
