Troubleshooting

I did a brief search, couldn't find an answer, although I can imagine it has been asked before.

When I do a translation dub (from Dutch to English) the voice of the speaker has a made up accent that doesn't fit with how this speaker would talk English. So, I let him do a 1 min sample in English, to get a Voice Clone that does match his accent. 

Now when I do a dub, I don't see where to choose the voice clone. I can choose accent, but doing one of the available accents also doesn't match how this person would actually speak English.

Is there a way to directly dub (translate) and use a voice clone in the target language to get the accent right?

Or is this something I'd have to do in two steps?
