Could anyone share the best practice for translating a video? My idea, which I've started working on, is to upload a video, edit the script in the proofreading tool, and then have a translated version.

However, as far as I can see, I am unable to use the pause function when editing in the proofreading feature. Is there an alternative for adding pauses?

Also, when I “generate result”, the voice goes up and down in tempo. However, I see that it's nicely synced with the visuals and video. But how can I increase the tempo of the audio track without losing sync with the visuals and video?
