Welcome to HeyGen 😊 No worries about your avatar, yes, you can definitely delete it and make a new one on your Creator plan.

When you're on any paid plan (like Creator), you're allowed to redo your avatar once per billing cycle. That means you can delete your current avatar, along with all its “looks”, and upload a fresh consent video and footage to create a brand-new avatar slot. If you delete it again within the same month, though, you'll have to wait until your next billing cycle to start over 

Deleting your avatar permanently removes all existing looks (backgrounds, outfits, etc.).

You get one complete redo per monthly cycle, so if you don’t like the new version and delete again in the same month, you’ll need to wait until the next month’s reset.

So, feel free to delete and recreate your avatar, just remember it's one redo per billing cycle.

Hi Everyone, I am very new to HeyGen and a non-techie.  So, could someone help me out.  I am on the Creator plan and have done an avatar of myself.  I am not happy with it so want to know if I delete it, can I create a new one.
