This question is for everyone working with avatar video translations.

We are translating all our avatar videos into 20 languages. The translation process itself is quite straightforward, and we have a robust process in place. However, we are struggling with collecting and implementing feedback on pronunciation. While the pronunciation is good, it is not always perfect and needs to be tweaked from time to time. This also depends greatly on the language; some are better than others.

Usually, one person works on a project and handles all language versions. Of course, this person does not speak all 20 languages and relies on external people providing feedback, who do not have a HeyGen license. We have not found a good process for collecting feedback on pronunciation for a language.

Is anyone facing a similar challenge and can share some best practices? We are also in contact with the HeyGen team.
