In March 2025, HeyGen hosted our second ever Visionary Voices community event in Los Angeles centered around the future of <a href="https://labs.heygen.com/interactive-avatar?tab=demo" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Interactive Avatars</a>: real-time, AI-powered avatars that can speak, respond and engage in two-way conversations with users visually and verbally. Built with HeyGen’s advanced avatar and conversational AI technology, these avatars can be fully customized to look and sound like a real person and are powered by LLMs and knowledge bases. Interactive Avatars' use cases vary significantly, including customer service agents, sales representatives, interactive educators or interviewers, or in this case, personalized shopping assistants!From exciting product reveals to a live demo that redefined personalized shopping, this evening was full of insight, innovation, and inspiration.
