What is the HeyGen Agency Certification?
HeyGen’s Agency Certification helps creative and marketing teams learn how to use AI to create videos. You’ll master the product suite, convert capabilities into services, and build repeatable delivery systems that scale.
What are the benefits of the Agency Certification?
Learn how to use the core features of HeyGen. Get added to a group of similar agencies and learn from how they are using it in their business.
Earn recognition as a HeyGen Certified Agency Partner and be added to a directory of businesses certified to work with our top customers.
How long will the Agency Certification take to complete?
For experienced HeyGen users, you can expect the certification to take 3-4 hours of work to complete. If it’s your first time using HeyGen, it may take several hours to complete or slightly longer.
Aside from watching the Agency live webinar, everything can be completed on your own time. This is the only step that can’t be done on demand as agency webinars are hosted every few weeks.
Once you complete the certification, you can expect a member from our team to review your submissions within 1-5 business days and confirm your inclusion in our certified partners group.

The HeyGen Hub is where you’ll access lessons, events, and the agency community. Log in (or create an account) using the same email as your HeyGen app.

Attend one HeyGen for Agencies Webinar (held monthly) as your first activation milestone.
